Three years ago, we made the best decision in
deciding to adopt another ESS. Zoey then came to us and is the BEST dog
ever. She is not only beautiful but so well behaved and is loved by

When a Maryland Springer owner
developed serious health issues, he relinquished Brutus to MAESSR.
Since Brutus hadn’t much
socialization in his previous life, he was placed with experienced foster
parents who knew how to work with such dogs.
As they interacted with Brutus, they found his behavior and temperament
to be too volatile, making Brutus unsuitable for adoption. Biting incidents confirmed their assessment.
So, Brutus was humanely sent
to the Bridge.
